Cold

I was planning on walking today with Bear. We got to the beginning of the trail and I was still pretty chilly. I thought "I should just run...I'll be warmer", so I did.

1.4 miles: cold, on the trail, with Bear-dog

Squirrels

"My 5k time would be so much better if I could bring my dog...on a leash...and some one ran in front of him...with a squirrel...on a leash..."
